ACS International Schools based in London, England and Doha, Qatar were founded in 1967 when Mr E J Poularas and Mr G E Speed realised there was a need to create an exceptional American and international educational environment to serve the needs of London's ever-growing expatriate community.
Today, with over 2,600 students aged between 2 and 18, from 70 nationalities, and over 600 staff our founders' vision has been handsomely achieved. In 2005 ACS successfully re-branded into ACS International Schools, and the road is now set towards an even brighter and bolder educational horizon.
We are proud that our schools are now home to hundreds of expatriate families, resident foreign nationals, and an ever-increasing number of British families. This, together with our multinational and multicultural staff, makes us a truly international community.
